The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia and the Typographische Gesellschaft München call for entries:
6th International Competition for Non-Latin Typefaces
Small type foundries, global corporations and leading universities have all uncovered a secret: promoting non-Latin typefaces opens up both enormous economic potential and fantastic design opportunities. The GRANSHAN competition has built up its expertise in exactly this area. In addition to the existing categories, this year’s competition will include Chinese. In doing so, the international competition for non-Latin typefaces continues to follow the direction it chose five years ago. The organisers of the competition will honour up to three winners with certificates in each written language. Furthermore, a jury of international experts will award the GRAND PRIZE including prize money of 1,000 Euro.
Co-heads of the organising committee of GRANSHAN 2013
